 X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis offers a non-destructive method for quickly and accurately determining the chemistry of precious metal scrap, jewelry, electronics, and alloys. 

Innov-X offers two different instrument options: the mobile X-5000, and the handheld DELTA.  Both are available with the latest Silicon Drift Detector (SDD)technology and x-ray tubes for optimal performance.

XRF offers a relatively inexpensive and non-destructive method of determining chemistry content of metals, with immediate karat determination.
