ON-LINE QC FOR LIQUIDS + FLUIDS

The FOX-IQ is the smart way to get fast, reliable, and accurate elemental analysis of process fluids.

Applications include:

  • Plating bath (Cu, Zn, Ni, P, Sn, Au…)
  • Hydrometallurgical (mining)
  • Leaching operations (Cu…)
  • Liquid catalysts (Co, Mn, Br, Fe…)
  • Waste treatment (Pb, Mo, Cd, U…)
  • Pulp & paper industry (Ca in water)
  • (Petro-) Chemical (S, Cl, V, Ni, Fe…)
  • And many more

System Description

The FOX-IQ system consists of these major components:

  • Hardened, compact XRF probe assembly contains the flow cell, X-ray tube, detector, and front end DSP electronics
  • Electrical Interface Assembly supports an external sample trigger input
  • User Interface Computer is an industrial hardened PC equipped with the Innov-X PC software to control the instrument, analyze sample spectra, and manage results and data
