Software Analytical Quality Analyst

We are looking for an energetic and results oriented individual with a scientific background to join our team.  This person will be responsible for analytical quality testing of our software and products, as well as ensuring a smooth release of SW into production.  This job offers a unique opportunity for someone to learn on the job, and
work with exciting new technologies.

The main goals of this position are:

  • Hands-on and simulated testing of SW to verify analytical accuracy and to ensure high level functionality is working.
  • Streamline testing/pilot process to allow for more a more efficient pilot and release process.
  • Facilitate successful transition or new SW into production through by training production staff and troubleshooting problems.

A minimum of a BS degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Physics or other applicable technical discipline is required.  The ideal candidate will be able to operate independently, show initiative, and exhibit good business judgment. Strong data analysis ability is essential for success in this position.

Inside Sales Associate 

We are seeking a hardworking, motivated individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Support professional. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying incoming sales leads from all sources; document and accurately enter updates for new and existing customers into CRM database; distribute sales leads; prepare reports on lead activity for Inside Sales Manager, Sales Reps and Marketing Director to measure advertising effectiveness.
  • Assist Regional Manager with product forecasting. 
  • Maintain quote log and follow up on existing quotations on a consistent basis. 
  • Issue training certificates to new and existing customers.  
  • Support field sales agents and managers by preparing product quotations and proposals; send and confirm receipt with customer.
  • Keeping up-to-date on Innov-X Systems products and technical specifications. 
  • Tracking Post-Sale Customer satisfaction. 
  • 5-15% travel (trade shows).

Qualifications:

  • Work experience should include a minimum of 3 years in a sales support role, customer service or sales admin role.
  • Willingness to operate as part of a regional team.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and database entry
  • Excellent phone skills are a must as is the ability to take on light administrative support duties.

Additional Relevant Skills include: (preferred but not required)

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • A science/chemistry background
  • Experience with operating in an ERP/CRM environment.

Base salary including a commission pkg equal to 20% at plan 

Quality Control Technician

This position is responsible for the overall inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing material and includes:

  • The ability to read and understand blueprints, specification sheets and/or work order information for specified materials and equipment.
  • Accurately test units using custom designed equipment and standards prescribed in QC procedures and record data.
  • Check fit and finish of units, parts, and accessories. Pack and ensure shipping cases are correct.
  • Communicate, in writing, results of testing to supervisor daily.
  • Maintain record keeping of specifications as well as accepted and rejected parts.
  • Use data base and other spread sheets to record data.
  • Help develop quality control criteria for all products.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have most or all of these attributes:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an incoming/outgoing QC role.
  • Excellent verbal and communications skills.
  • Solid technical understanding.
  • Logical troubleshooting abilities.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork.
